Login & Password Recovery

Your organization's internal administrator will provide first time users with access to the CORE Administrator. First time users will receive an email directly from their internal administrator providing instructions for accessing the portal.

Password Requirements

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least one letter and either one or more numbers or special characters (e.g., #!@^&).
• Passwords are required to be changed every 90 days.
• Passwords must be changed by the user if they feel their password has been compromised.
• The user account will be locked out for thirty (30) minutes after six (6) failed attempts.

Recovering Your Username/Resetting Your Password

Should you forget your username or password, navigate to your organization’s unique URL, and follow the steps below:

• Enter your email address in the space provided and click "Find".
• Choose whether you would like your username or a new password emailed to you and click "Email Reminder".
